PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE / FOUNDER LETTER

Why I started The America First Movement

I created The America First Movement because I believe America can have a stronger, better future, and I want to be part of the conversation about how we get there.

To me, America First means discussing whether our leaders put the well-being of Americans at the center of their decisions. I believe in working toward a better America through debate, public accountability, and the democratic process.

I wanted a place to explore politicians who describe their ideas as America First, learn about the policies they propose, and compare those proposals with their actual public records. I also wanted to make this information easier for people to find in one place.

My goal is to explore political ideas openly, understand how government decisions affect people, and encourage serious consideration of the evidence. People who visit this website may agree or disagree with my personal views. I believe they should still be able to check the sources for themselves.

That is why the site separates this founder statement from its sourced biographies, legislation and election coverage.
